Erika (Creative)

Erika Hutchings holds a BFA in Graphic Design and MFA in Interactive Media Design from Rochester Institute of Technology. Her focus is the design of dynamic interactive/web media, print media and branding solutions. With over 20 years of experience, Erika has been a creative director, art director and designer in her career working with such organizations as: Charles Schwab, Colorado Parks and Wildlife, The Colorado Rockies, Empire Blue Cross, FOX, Franklin Covey, Hawaiian Airlines, Home & Abroad (partner of Expedia), Horizon Organic Dairy, Hyatt Hotels, Iowa.gov, Johns Manville, The Kentucky Derby, Lipper Mutual Funds, Maine Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife, The Nature Conservancy, New Hampshire Department of Fish & Game, Orbis Mutual Funds, The Organic Center, Qwest Dex, Real Networks, The Salvation Army, TD Waterhouse, United States Department of Agriculture, University of Arizona, USA Swimming, US Department of Veterans Affairs, US Fish and Wildlife, US Forest Service and Whole Foods Markets among many others. Since 1995, she has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Interactive Media, Web Design & Development, Business Strategy, Design Innovation and more with an emphasis on sustainable practices.

Scott (Technical)

Scott Hutchings is a principal and the technical lead of CryBaby Design where he brings a unique background that blends biology, wildlife conservation, project management and web development to the organization. As the technical lead, he is responsible for assessing appropriate technologies and spearheading their implementation for clients. He brings a wealth of knowledge in guiding all types of clients and specifically governmental and  non-profit organizations to appropriate web solutions to meet their goals and target audience needs. Scott’s recent web development has involved extensive use of WordPress, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Google Maps, in addition to database design and development for conservation-oriented data. Scott has done work for such organizations as: Atlantic Coast Joint Venture, Colorado Parks and Wildlife, Humanosphere.org, Maine Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife, New Hampshire Department of Fish & Game, Colorado Field Ornithologists, Rocky Mountain Bird Observatory, Naturally Boulder, The Nature Conservancy, The Organic Center, US Department of Agriculture, US Fish and Wildlife, The Sonoran Joint Venture and Migratory Bird Joint Ventures, Boulder Weekly, Seattle Weekly, 24 Hour Fitness and Goodwill among many others.
